For the pressing process, it was originally a relatively complex process design. After coming to China, it has gradually been improved to become a popular and mature mainstream design process for CPU radiators. It is also one of the main design process products of several major CPU radiator brands. The pressing process is to fix dozens of fins with the same appearance together, and then drill holes at the bottom and put them together with a bolt; then use a machine to tighten the screws. Since it is as tight as possible (the tighter it is, the better the heat conduction and heat dissipation can be achieved), there are also manufacturing machines such as the radiator all-purpose pressing machine; and the last step is to polish the bottom surface. After grinding it flat, you can see the product as in the picture.
